Formed in 2011, Beaux Strings was born of the desire to perform high quality modern wedding music requests as a violin and cello duo.  Since not much sheet music could be found which was up to her professional standards, founder and cellist Sybil began arranging and customizing her own versions of client requests. Over the years this has led us to curate a wide and varied playlist ranging from traditional Classical selections, to hits from the 50's through into modern times with a nod to Jazz, Celtic, Mando and Canto Pop, Studio Ghibli, movie, TV and game music, and most recently, the music of Bollywood.  Our music lists are constantly evolving, and we love creating the perfect soundtrack to your day.  Collaborations with other artists over the past decade have pushed us into the realm of larger ensembles, such as string trios and quartets, harp and cello, and piano and cello duos. The Beaux Strings network of musicians has grown into a professional, reliable and high quality service that clients love, with a selection of modern songs with sheet music that musicians love to play from!  An increasing number of Sybil's arrangements have been purchased internationally via ArrangeMe, a Hal Leonard digital publishing company.

At its core, Beaux Strings is about celebrating the beauty of the sound of acoustic strings. We perform modern music, with a classical sound and only take on the events we can handle personally, no subcontracting.
